| HOLIDAY HOME (AUTIGNAC) BOOKING CONDITIONS Renters (Clients) will be asked to sign and return an agreement as below in order to confirm the reservation. This contract accords to the client a provisory holiday home compling to the following conditions stated below, which the client must adhere to. The above mentioned provisory holiday home is to be used only for personal use, and under no means to be used in any function as a business unit or an office, or by the client for any professional purpose. The client understands the accomodation and services are only provided in the framework of a pleasure trip, this is an exclusive condition to the validation of this contract. The client (family or aquantances) undertakes to commit no acts which would disturb the trabquility of the neighbours. Any disorderly or unruly behaviour is the sole responsibility of the client and the owner holds no responsibilty if a third part is involved. Clients must comply with the regulations governing the inside of the building. The client cannot bring any of their furniture nor personal possesions, except for personal belongings. The agreed rental includes bedroom linen and towels, standard kitchen utensils, water gas and electricity*. ANIMALS are not allowed in the house. DEPOSIT A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking the holiday home. As soon as the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental cost is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday commencing require the full amount to be made when making the reservation. Payment can be made by cheque in GB pounds. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of £200 is required to be paid along with the balance payment to guard against any damage done to the holiday home during your occupancy. The deposit is returned to you less the cost of any breakages, loss or damage after your holiday has ended. The client agrees to accept full resposibility for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party, during occupation of the house and confirms that the full cost of repair or replacement will be met. CANCELLATION Should a cancellation be necessary the deposit will be lost. Should the cancellation occur after the balance has been paid, the full amount will be lost. (Holiday insurance is recommended and should cover cancellation beyond your control) OCCUPANCY The holiday home is ready for occupancy from 4pm on the day of arrival and needs to be vacated promptly by 10am on the day of departure. LIABILITY In the event of any problems whatsoever the total liability of the owner will be limited to the amount payed by the client. MAINTENANCE The holiday home is maintained locally. All breakages, accidents, problems and losses must be reported to the owner as soon as they occur so that they can be attended to. Access to the holiday home may be required by authorised maintenance personnel during your stay. SMOKING Smoking indoors is NOT PERMITTED, but allowed on the terrace. PERSONAL BELONGINGS The client understands that the owner undertakes no responsibilty for the clients personal belongings and that in the case of loss, damage, or theft to clients personal property the client shall not attempt to recover damages from the owner. DEFACEMENT The client is responsible for any defacement to the home during the holiday. The client shall excercise reasonable caution to prevent the occurance of theft, including locking all doors and windows when no member of the clients party is in the house. * Electricity extra in Low Season Rental periods. THE OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO EVICT, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR WARNING, ALL CLIENTS WHO DO NOT ADHERE TO THE ABOVE STATED REGULATIONS IN THIS CONTRACT.
